  • Audit, assess and report on current state of PPC ad campaign and internet SEO including online keyword presence. Create a report with recommendations for PPC campaign including estimated budgets, campaigns, and ad groups.
  • Develop a new Google PPC Enhanced Campaign dashboard and account for best practices. If account already exists review the account’s setup and adjust for best practices.
  • Use existing Keyword list(s) and or develop new keyword lists based on client’s existing website pages and existing landing page(s).
  • If keyword list does not exist create a keyword list spread sheet from existing website and competitor website(s) using keyword development software.
  • Develop focused keyword campaigns or adjust existing campaigns to ensure relevancy and in line with marketing goals.
  • Develop ad groups within the campaigns, assign keywords to the ad groups, fund the ad groups based on budget, regions, timelines, personas, etc. Develop needed landing pages for user ability (does not include content development).
  • Install a reporting system for monthly reporting.
  • Setup LinkedIn advertising dashboard.
  • Build initial ad campaigns.
  • Leverage corporate imagery for advertisements.
  • Maintain the Adwords dashboard.
  • Optimize advertising account as required using all available and relevant Adwords Advertising offerings.
  • Work to implement ongoing marketing and sales initiatives using Adwords Search and Display advertising offerings.
  • Work with supplied creative, including content, along with direction from the corporate Team.
  • Build campaigns based on this direction. We are long-time Google Partners, involved in beta best practices testing and optimization. We also utilize our assigned Google Business development and senior Adwords platform specialists. Working with the latest Adwords products and algorithms we keep client accounts on the forefront of opportunity. This translates to lower costs and better conversion rates.
  • We produce reports for review tied into monthly SEO and PPC reports and reviewed via a monthly meeting. Cost is 22% of the Adwords budget, per month. Minimum Monthly charge if PPC budget is lowered below $4,000.00 is $900.00
  • Attract, engage, increase followers, amplify through the ad network.
  • Includes monthly program management, analytics, consulting, support and execution.
  • Message and thought leadership development and refinement.
  • Content writing including optimized press releases. Backlinks will be included where applicable.

  • Pinnacle MEP Holdings will provide specific parameters including company type, revenue size, geographical location, title, etc. Zoom Info searches are extremely targeted and accurate.
  • BVM will not charge for this valuable service.



  • Build a custom website in WordPress (updatable by client).
  • Supply client with multiple initial design mockups to establish design direction (images to be provided by client).
  • Upon selection of initial design, revisions will be provided to client until design is established.
  • Upon finalization of design, programming of the project will commence, including integration of Pinnacle MEP Holdings supplied text and pictures including any necessary customization. 
  • The scope will include all required meetings to maintain a focused marketing direction consistent with the desires of Pinnacle MEP Holdings.
  • We do not limit the number of pages, or custom pictures when we create your website. The website will be structurally developed for the web and mobile and all pages will be submitted, through indexing to the three major search engines Google, Yahoo and MSN (BVM provides this service and pricing can be provided upon request). Source code will be written to direct search engine “BOTS” and “SPIDERS” to travel through the web site pages making the site friendly to all search engines and begin the page ranking process (currently provided by Pinnacle MEP Holdings).
  • Pinnacle MEP Holdings and BVM will develop sitemap for the new site.  This will enable the BVM Team to develop the structure and page menu for the Pinnacle MEP Holdings site.
  • BVM will provide training for designated workers in the use of the site’s backend.
  • Creation of a website for Pinnacle MEP Holdings in a modern platform – WordPress and will be 100% optimized for mobile.


  • Review client supplied project reporting system(s), future marketing plans and current marketing programs and review current relevant on-line client supplied reports and programs, if available.
  • Review with client measurable goals for site traffic analysis and develop SEO strategies so they are in line with client’s goals. Review and consult on current search and website traffic and user reports to identify any needed adjustments and or additional tracking reports. Consult with client on all possible new changes to website, features and internet opportunities for greater SEO and website traffic.
  • Review current keyword identification on page, review copy for bolding, surrounding descriptive text, and link title tagging. Identify and execute changes per page.
  • Research additional relevant keyword phrases, review competitor sites then review all new keywords with client.
  • Consult on development of all current pages using existing site map and assign keyword phrases to the current pages. Insert keyword tags into text of every webpage as needed.
  • Consult with client on any needed additional content or pages for keywords not assigned but required for complete optimization.
  • Physically keyword optimize client site for organic search listings and keyword optimize Google Places (Google Maps).
  • Insert title and Meta tags into the source code of the website.
  • Develop a global footer system for inbound relevant links on all web pages. Review, suggest and assist in deployment of the footers using Google linking rules best practices. Review, suggest and inspect heading tags.
  • Create a reporting system for monitoring site indexing and search engine “Block Level Analysis”
  • Develop segmentation for Google Dashboard. Set specific goal conversions for search engine optimization.
  • Review needed social media platforms like Google Plus, Face book, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Properly link to website as needed.
  • Consult and recommend additional reporting tools to measure onsite traffic flow and user conversion experience. Example: Heat mapping software for web pages, auto tellers, bounce remarketing software(s).
  • The goal is to achieve front page search term ranking for between 30-50 keyword phrases over Yahoo and MSN within 2 months, and within 5 months on Google. Increase to hundreds over long term efforts greater than one year. No limit in the number of required keywords or phrases. Does not include content development needed for any additional pages, product descriptions or supplied copy, copyediting. Prices will be quote separately as needed for this service if required.


  • Monthly review to identify any missing image alt text.
  • Monthly monitoring of site indexing and search engine “Block Level Analysis” to insure it is proceeding properly.
  • Ongoing maintenance of SEO includes regular weekly indexing of key search words and phrases with all major search engines, ensuring they stay on the first page or move towards the first page.
  • Review of any needed additional page adjustments, page additions keyword adjustments; inter-page linking to maintain traffic growth, keyword ranking growth and social media strategies with in-house or third-party personnel.
  • Monthly review and strategy meetings for dashboard and keyword placement reports. Using developed “keyword phrases” spread sheet developed in the setup phase, will tie in any new pages created for the site and any adjustments that are made with the on-page keyword identification on a weekly basis. This will include adding keywords from the spread sheet that were not used in the initial setup. Tie to developed marketing plans and programs monitor and adjust to achieve defined goals.
  • When required, additional weekly strategy meeting with project manager.
  • Advise on all facets of organic search optimization. Analyze and develop new keywords to enhance any needed SEO adjustments identified in the review meeting(s).
  • Work with in-house marketing to insure SEO and linking best practices are followed, content additions are completed, and optimization goals are met for all online marketing.
  • Consult on enhancement of inter-site and on page linking strategies.
  • Review and suggest competitive client sites for keyword and optimization strategies Review, suggest and inspect competition deep linking and develop a strategy and implement a solution on an ongoing basis.
  • Review, suggest and inspect inbound linking, inspect dynamically displayed revolving content on internal and homepage of site (this is based on SEO strategies and will be adjusted based on the monthly reports).
  • Does not include content development needed for any additional pages, product descriptions or supplied copy, copyediting. Prices will be quote separately as needed for this service if required.

Tools for this program will include but are not limited to:

  • Strategy and Planning – We will coordinate an initial planning session (s). During this session (s) we will develop a 6-month strategy focusing on key messages, potential announcements, expected results – all designed to map to your sales plan.  We will work with the corporate Team to integrate our PR strategies with marketing and sales initiatives in an effort to generate measurable web traffic results and qualified sales leads which will be tracked through Website Analytics and other measurement applications. Note: The experienced BridgeView Team will work with the company on a daily basis to ensure that our PR strategies are current and in line with sales and business objectives.
  • Media Outreach – Develop and maintain a highly targeted media contact database which will include media contacts and relevant analysts.  Contacts will be maintained in a Google spreadsheet.  Contacts will be added and deleted as necessary (based on areas of coverage) and will include relevant journalists, editors, awards committee members, bloggers and social networkers. BridgeView will work creatively to pitch topical news and thought leadership items enabling the company to sustain a high level of media coverage.
  • Editorial Calendar Monitoring – Leverage in-house tracking tools to monitor and track in real-time, relevant editorial calendar opportunities (editorial calendars are forward looking news story calendars that are issued by most publications) with technology and business publications (print and online). The BridgeView Team will map strategic news items to these opportunities in an effort to position the company as a leader in the industry, monitoring, root cause identification, and related solutions, as well as other emerging areas which we will discover as we move forward.   
  • News Releases – BVM will leverage a blend of traditional and Web 2.0/Social Media news releases (we do not limit the number of releases) which may include partner awards, partner news, customer wins, video clips of customers, acquisitions, new product enhancements, events, etc. All releases written by BridgeView will be optimized using key Internet search words and phrases as predefined to enhance web traffic.  Each news release will include a measurable call to action designed to drive traffic to a specific landing page (white paper, offer, case study, etc.).  Once a news release is distributed, we will track and monitor activity (using GlobeNewsWire reporting or other selected service, along with detailed Website Analytics) and continue to identify opportunities for news based on interest. Note: number of news releases will vary depending upon available content.
  • By-Lined Articles – Identify and work toward placing contributed articles in key publications (publications will vary based on relevant story topics. BridgeView employs several experienced staff writers who can edit articles or write them in full. Note: Our pricing for writing full by-lined articles (if applicable) is extremely affordable.
  • Case Study Interviews – Conduct interviews with key customers (up to 3 per month which will be delivered by the company) who have benefited from the Company’s unique services.  Interviews can be used in testimonials, case studies, news releases, videos, blogs, etc. Case studies can easily be transformed into news releases, marketing campaigns, web testimonials, etc.
  • Thought Leadership Development – Develop and refine key messages that position the company as a leading provider and visionary for its key solutions with key news outlets, bloggers and social media sites.
  • Weekly Calls/Progress Tracking – We take great pride in our account management and dynamic progress tracking.  We provide an online tracking portal (available 24/7) to each of our clients, enabling them to view all activities including editorial calendars, media/analyst pitches, story placements, news release schedule, social media entries, award submissions, etc.— in real-time.  We communicate with each of our clients on a daily basis and we host a weekly planning call with each client.
  • Website Analytics – We will provide monthly reports to measure specific web page/site activity – ultimately providing an indicator that outbound marketing and PR activities are working. Segments of each monthly report include traffic summary; week over week traffic comparison; visits by referral (LinkedIn, Twitter) site traffic analysis by page; visits by network location, prospective buyers, etc.  The majority of our clients have developed pipeline revenue based on these valuable reports.
